Track Your Order
At The F'ace Brand, we make it easy to track your order from the moment it ships. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier’s tracking page.
How to Track Your Order
- Locate your tracking number. Your tracking number is included in the shipping confirmation email sent to the email address you provided at checkout. Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for the tracking information to update.
- Click the tracking link in the email, or enter your tracking number directly on the carrier’s website. The email includes a direct link to the carrier’s tracking portal so you can view the latest status of your shipment.
- Monitor your delivery. Depending on the destination and shipping method selected, your order will be delivered by Canada Post, USPS, or Parcel Force. You can check the carrier’s site for the most up-to-date delivery estimates and any delivery exceptions.

We work with reliable carriers to ensure your designer leather laptop bag arrives safely:
- Canada Post — for shipments within Canada
- USPS — for shipments to the United States
- Parcel Force — for international shipments
Tracking Assistance
If you have not received a shipping confirmation within three business days of placing your order, or if your tracking information has not updated after 48 hours, please contact our customer service team for assistance. Please have your order number ready so we can quickly locate your order.
